I am a logistics and operations management professional with over 11 years of experience across manufacturing, FMCG, engineering warehousing, and public health logistics. Since 2020, I have led global logistics, customer service, distributor partnerships, as Distributor and Operations Manager at UK NEQAS Microbiology (UKHSA). After five years in this role, I have progressed into a senior position where I am responsible for strategic processes within the Operational unit, drive commercial process improvements, support budgeting and operational planning, and oversee training, SOP development, and corrective action initiatives.
I continue to manage workforce planning, coordinate non‑routine EQA survey delivery, and serve as deputy to the Laboratory Manager to ensure seamless operational continuity and achieve overarching objectives for the department. With an engineering degree, an MSc in Supply Chain Management, and multiple professional certifications, I remain committed to upholding UK NEQAS and UKHSA’s values and delivering service excellence in all aspects of operational and performance.
